Saab 9000 Ambulans Wiman / Solstad, a 1:43 Prototype model made by Lidhult (Sweden)!

Lidhult likes to challenge itself and again, after several emergency models and the well known Saab 9-5 Solstad / car transporter, Lidhult decided to make the iconic Saab 9000 Ambulans Wiman! I do know the time He spent around the whole project and we are talking of days, several days to perform this prototype model with the base of a 9000 turbo 16 from atlas Saab collection. He had several challenges but Lidhult is known for not giving up! Added a few pictures during the work.

The amazing result reflects the determination and will to start and end such a hard and interesting project!

Those Ambulans were built on Solstad 9000 chassi wich is based on SAAB 9000, Solstad was a swedish company that converted SAAB 9000 to pickups. The ambulance was built by Anders Wiman AB, first Wiman 9000 was deliverd in 1996 and engine was the stock 2.3 Turbo.
